U-Haul ripped me off $507 My truck was due back on April 28th by 8am CST. On April 27th late at night I called for roadside assistance U-Haul charged my card $450 and it took over 13 hrs for someone to help. U-Haul said since roadside assistance was called the truck can be turned in late and they also changed drop off location. I returned truck on April 28th at 2:30CST. U-Haul representative helped me return truck over the phone. The U-Haul truck was never taken out of my name until April 30th and I was charged for $57 from the drop off location for late return. WTF!!!!!! Drop off location and U-Haul are scammers. I called my bank and also called U-Haul for charging my card 2x when I had insurance on vehicle got roadside and then I appealed $57 charge. Freaking BS!!!!!! $507 hit on my card more when I already paid almost $1500 for truck rental!!!!!
