The location needs to let U-Haul know what is going on. The lady from U-Haul was great to work with and did what needed to get done. I strongly recommend working with U-Haul.

This location is a scam. I rented a truck from them for 6 hours. I returned the same truck in the allotted time but couldn't do the online return due to the location of the return. These people charged me $240.58 extra for 5 days and 4 hours of rental. Thank God I called a real representative and took pictures. This site will scam you and it needs to be taken out of business.
Corey JBlake did an excellent job previewing the equipment and my pick up great.
John MTire was missing on trailer. Eventually they fixed it. Not clear on what box truck I was suppose to take. No one on site to help. I would only recommend this Uhaul, because it is the only one. Big, Big shout out to Mr. Tommy Rolfson. If it was not for him I would never got anything done that day. He got my truck, my contract and handle all my issues beyond my expectations. One hell of a Manager. The company needs more like him.
