The only downfall to my experience is I believe everyone needs to sit down and figure out their system to where everyone knows how to use it. It seemed confusing to the young lady I dealt with. We did get the situation figured out but only after she had to go speak to this other person. Make your system user friendly for everyone that has to deal with it. Great little place though. Very friendly people too.

JOHN LThere was no staff so can't rate that. One problem was I was in Rochester,IN 1 mile from a Uhaul location and had to drive 15 miles to drop off the truck in Argos,IN that was not convenient and had to pay for extra miles.

Joseph NBoth times I have been charged for things I didn’t want but the woman didn’t know how to change the order so I got a dolly I didn’t use. The last time I wanted 12 blankets and only got 6 but was still charged for 12. Otherwise they are great.
Jill oMake the whole process more user friendly... I sat in the parking for almost 2 hours because I had the reference number and there was no reservation on your end not to mention that I was passed off to 3 different people.. Also wasn't even offered to compensate my time wasted..

Christian KThe U-Haul dealer was a family run business. They were friendly and fantastic at facilitating the rental. Overall everything was amazing EXCEPT the U-Haul charges. After mileage, the rental was far from reasonably priced for a common income family.

JAY NThe woman at this location told us at the beginning that she was new. It took her a while (with the manager’s help) to complete our reservation. The fact that our UHaul that was scheduled for pick up at 11:30AM was ready before 11AM after just being dropped off should have been a red flag. I don’t even think the truck was inspected before we took it off the lot. My fiancé and son were driving the UHaul from Indiana to Massachusetts for our cross-country move. By the time they hit Ohio, they had issues. It began with a weird noise and ended up being a bad bearing that caused a blown tire in the front right tire. Was this not checked before we got the truck?! Bearings do not go bad quickly this should have been seen or detected before pick-up. This could have caused a bad accident. It caused a lot of anxiety in our 13 year old son. This problem led to them being stuck on I-80 for over NINE HOURS. Absolutely unacceptable.

Cathy NI was told that it would be "no problem" getting a specific truck if I came in on 12/31/21 for $19.95 plus .99/mile.....I go there to do this.....doors locked, so I call they said u haul was closed, but she took me in and then preceded to tell me that, that truck was NOT available, I ended up having to pay MORE for a larger truck, when I was told 10ft truck would be available. The truck we received was in horrible condition....my husband has been a mechanic for 35 yrs and said this truck was NOT safe to be on the road. The struts, and ball joints are in horrible shape. truck could only be driven 40-45 MPH and was almost impossible to drive anything over 40 and the steering shook so badly it was hard to control. I paid 106.00 for this truck, with all the hassle and the risk it was NOT worth it. My husband is currently filing a formal complaint with U Haul about the driving hazard this truck is. Very disappointed, I thought U Haul was brand name you could depend on.
RONDA RFantastic customer service! We rented a trailer and on the day we were supposed to return it there was a massive wind alert, I called the rental company and even though they were closed they called me back and assured me it was ok to bring it the next day when we felt it was safer to drive and the wind wasn’t so bad. Great folks and will absolutely give them my business again !

Mary WReserving, Booking , Payment was very easy to accomplish. They are only 12 mins away from the town I live in. Uhaul's were all booked so driving the short distance was so worth it. Customer service and care for us was excellent I would recommend this service location.
