Both times I have been charged for things I didn’t want but the woman didn’t know how to change the order so I got a dolly I didn’t use. The last time I wanted 12 blankets and only got 6 but was still charged for 12. Otherwise they are great.
Jill oMake the whole process more user friendly... I sat in the parking for almost 2 hours because I had the reference number and there was no reservation on your end not to mention that I was passed off to 3 different people.. Also wasn't even offered to compensate my time wasted..
Christopher WAll was great. They didn’t have enough blankets or a furniture dolly but not a big deal.
