GEORGE RThe rental location was outstanding. However, u haul did give the clerk a notice not to proceed with the equipment rental. I'm not sure why, I haven't used a u haul in over 3 years. So they give him a 800 number to tell me to call...I call... and they are able to tell me nothing about why this happ I didn't owe money or otherwise outstanding anything. It was embarrassing and upsetting

MATTHEW KDrop off and remote check out was a hustle, I dropped off trailer on Saturday after shop was closed, app had some problems with mobile return and it took almost half an hour and 4 reps to assist me with return. Eventually I had to call shop next day to find out they cannot process return on Sunday and it has to be Monday. 3 days later drop off was confirmed. I had to call facility multiple times just to make sure for them to confirm, they are in possession of trailer. Also address of location is not available on U-Haul app, I had to google and guess that I’m at right location.

BRYAN JThe tires all around need replaced. I can't believe Uhaul won't change tires on a vehicle that has no tread. It definitely wouldn't pass inspection I should know as a mechanic. I will add o was driving in snow and a less experienced driver might have wrecked. Get it taken care of please for the next person

MARC UThe agent was very mean spirited and disrespectful. Gave me a very dirty van and when I complained he replaced it with a dirtier one. Kept calling and bothering me while I rented the van insisting I must return van before 5:30pm. He threatened that if I wasn’t able to pay the excess fees charged I would not be able to rent from U-Haul again. I was alarmed and felt so devastated

MATTHEW KWhen it comes to finishing up the paperwork they tell you they will email you the receipt. I waited 2 hours after I dropped off the truck and they emailed it too me. After I opened it they charged me for gas when I put more gas on the return then when I got it. Still waiting for the correct receipt to be sent to me. Not very happy

Tamar YI regret not getting the young girl name, who assisted me Pryor to pick up date. She work on making sure the truck was where I originally wanted to pick it up being I made reservations online.. truly want to give her a shout out. But like always this location is always hands down top off it's class, with customer service and professionalism.

Tim RMy only complaint would be that pick up isn't allowed for Sunday, so I had to pay an extra day rental due to picking up on Saturday. Otherwise, everyone at this location was very nice and helpful. The trailer was easy to get to and was well maintained!

Michael HThe $20 "convenience" fee for self-drop off is a bit much. If I'm returning the rental early it's at my convenience. If returned within business hours an agent would have come out to verify condition, gas, and milage. As they've done previously. This is an egregious attempt to inflate rental fee. Any rental facility should physically check-out a returned vehicle no matter if returned remotely or in person. If that isn't part of their standard operating procedures than they shouldn't have a U-Haul franchise!
THADDEUS PI am confused, you give me pickup track in one place and tow dolly on another place ! It was not comfortable ....
