Location was fine however no receipt could be given because I rented online. I had to check out online and wait for an emailed receipt. A reservation ought to be able to be taken care of in store or online. If i didn't have my phone how was i supposed to check in the trailer? Get your online and in store computer systems in sync.

The cab needed cleaning and the windshield wipers needed replaced. The representative at AZ Veteran Security U-Haul was personable, capable, and made sure we understood all details of the charges and equipment.

I would never pick up a Uhaul again at a 24 hour mobile site. The Uhaul was dirty upon arrival, the truck had horrible shocks, and the furniture pads, utility dolly, and appliance dolly were all missing the from the truck. I was unable to get the equipment I needed since this was a not a store.

First, my reservation pickup location was changed without notification - looked up to double chrck the address only to find it switched. Second there was damage to the vehicle, I’m not a technology person and I was having issues uploading - told the person and said she already had the picture of it, not to worry about it. Of course on return, the damage picture wasn’t loaded to the record and became an issue, fortunately I was able use my picture to prove the damage was already there. Absolute laziness.

I did have trouble trying to get your app to work It wanted me to send a picture but when I did it act like it didn’t go through and then it said it insisted that it did have a picture that it wanted one and I gave another picture but again it didn’t work so the app was troubles, but everybody else was great.

It was hard to tell this location offered U Haul rentals. When I showed up I thought I was at the wrong address. The truck was dirty on the inside and outside. I had to throw away trash in it.

It took me 1 hr to puck up the truck due to technical issues. The truck had a full tank of gas and had it when I dropped it off and I was still charged for gas. I took a picture for proof just incase because after dealing with the issues with this rental I didn't trust dropping it off. I was correct in that. I tired for 2 days before picking up my rental to straighten out why my reservation wouldn't show in the ap and all I got told was I would have to deal with it when I picked up. I did just that. Terrible customer service and than the nerve to charge me for gas and not even give me any kind of a break after dealing with getring no help and holding up my moving progress. We are a family dealing with the loss of loved one and that's why we needed the truck only to deal with your company. Your company will have to be my only choice to ever deal with it again.

overall it was a perfect experience I was just a little confused on location to pick up uhaul but I just called uhaul that day and and a friendly employee helped me out and I was off on my way no problems what so ever! so thanks so much !

My order was for a closer location. Was moved 3times no appliance dollie in truck. Return truck same day and was charged for 3 days.which was fixed later. App wasn't working on return of truck so not as smooth as of would like.
