The lock box was very difficult to open as the key was jammed inside and stuck. Also, there was an alarm that kept going off, telling me to move away from the door, which was very annoying as I was just trying to get my key. It was annoying that I had to do a mobile pickup as I had requested to pick up in person from an alternate location.
