It was rain very hard that day and we were afraid to drive in the crazy weather so we came back a little late. We were in such a hurry we forgot to refuel. So U-Haul decided to try and charge us another $150 . Which was rediculous. That’s more than we paid for the rental. I probably won’t be using U-Haul ever again

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo parking space for trailer parking/storage, had to block park of driveway.
JOHN MThe lock box was very difficult to open as the key was jammed inside and stuck. Also, there was an alarm that kept going off, telling me to move away from the door, which was very annoying as I was just trying to get my key. It was annoying that I had to do a mobile pickup as I had requested to pick up in person from an alternate location.
