Why was I charged extra miles? Do you not give enough miles to make the damn trip? I drove from there to my house in Parker and then Clarion! This is bull shit, I didn’t drive anywhere else and even brought it back with more gas in it, where is my discount for that. I will not be using g u haul ever again. You knew my home address and where I was dropping it off, so why was I charged more???? I even brought it back a day early! Never again will I use u-haul if you can’t even calculate the mileage correctly!

JOSE CMake sure somebody's there for drop off on scheduled time went out of way to make sure I did my end but nobody was there to verify that drop off was made two days later I got notice that it was all set and accounted for

CHAD GThe owner was not very helpful. He didn’t have any idea if there was any kind of changing charging cables in the van, which is something I think that they should know if they’re renting them out but that’s just myself I would not recommend going to this U-Haul place

RICHARD JLarry is responsive and supportive. We rent U-Haul's every year for our summer food program. We deliver meals to over 1300 children in our county for the entire summer and we couldn't do this without reliable transportation and the support of our community.

Donna POpening of the 12' x 6' trailer with ramp not clear - ramp width and interior width were noted, but not that a larger item would not fit up the ramp. Had to return the trailer unused in 90 minutes. Neither support nor the regional manager offered even a partial refund, and were dismissive in their outreach. In the future I'll rent from United, or other rental firms and only use U-Haul as a last resort.
PJ CI reserved for 2 days, and we needed more time, they were more than helpful and very accommodating. Very grateful for the service.

ANTHONY JI’ve rented numerous times here. Never an issue. Would definitely recommend. This last time I had an electrical issue with MY vehicle. Larry the owner spent almost an hour of his time time to get my situation corrected and DIDNT charge me. Where do you find that anymore! Great people! Will always get my business.
JOHN VI refilled the gas tank to where it was and have picture to confirm this. I showed them to guy at drop off who said I owe $11 in gas. He agreed but said there was nothing he could do because the gas justice been recorded as more than it had at the last drop off (before I picked up). I feel this is probably an honest mistake and I want my $11 back.
jack fWas charged for a non-returned item that was clearly returned to exactly where I picked it up. Will literally never use this service again and will tell everyone I know not to either.

RUSSELL Kunattended site. had to call uhaul then load an app on my phone. i expected to puckup and drop off with a person. i will never use that location again. the assistant at the toll free number was exceptional

richard l***THIS IS A REFLECTION OF MY ONLINE RESERVATION EXPERIENCE, NOT THIS LOCATION.*** Well, the truck I originally reserved weeks ahead of time was not available when I arrived to get it and the original location was closed!!!! It was very DISTRESSING to show up, on the moving day, and not have a truck. I had to settle for a smaller truck and was BARELY able to fit all my items in the smaller truck. Also traveling to a second pick up location took more time out of an already busy day. This was a very stressful and inconvenient way to start what is already a stressful day of moving. If you can not guarantee a truck will be available, then you should not offer the reservation option. That's why you make reservations, to have what you need.

robert cThey lied and said it had 3/4 of a tank to start. It had less than half. We took pictures for evidence. Also, I was not told that the location would be closed for my drop off when I registered to not use self check in/ out so I had to do the self check out and had no idea what I was doing and already locked the truck and dropped off the keys when I apparently needed to take a bunch of photos(I'm glad my boyfriend had already been taking photos since we were lied to about the gas) and there was no way for me to upload the photos he sent me I had to take photos of the photos on his phone. It was all just confusing and horrible.

Mark WDo not let any customers go to this location. The guy was rude, short and very uncooperative. I have used U-Haul more often than most with my side business and this was the first time I’ve had someone so terrible. The invoice was more than the quote, the check engine light was on which gives worse gas mileage which cost me more money, it was 3 miles further away which cost even MORE money at 99¢ a mile. Was the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul.
Albert D1. Have open wifi available at the pickup site as completing the app-based pickup and return procedures was VERY slow using my mobile data. 2. Email a proper receipt at the end of the transaction. I still have NOTHING in writing confirming the amount of the credit card charge nor anything to supporting a potential tax decuction. Inexcusable!

bill sThe rental was perfect, easy to drive, and overall the best first experience I could have asked for. The 9’ cargo van fit all of my stuff perfectly, and the rental process and return process is so quick and easy. Only thing is I never got the dolly I had rented to go with it. But other than that, wonderful!
Hannah PI got accused of doing damage to a vehicle I didn't do anything to the Van I did not bring it back with damage I did nothing wrong. So UHaul charges my CC for something I didn't do Bunch of liars and thieves. Never again with UHaul
Beverly BWe picked up the vehicle on a Sunday. I have an old Apple IPhone. First off it could not find the location but google maps was working. Then I couldn't get the bar code to scan. It took us a 1/2 hour to get it picked up. When we dropped it off, I could not get my phone to work again. We had to log in on my boyfriend's phone, and then we were successful. It was a stressful experience for me and I would never pick up when there is not a person around.

ana MNothing you guys were great service .. actually there is one thing asking people if they need a dolly, we passed by young and naive not knowing the extra need of a dolly we Didn’t know you could rent them even though is was displayed on side of building maybe a customer service rep can say “ hey by the way you need a dolly ? But other than that awesome very nice service!!!
