There was no U-Haul office at the location. It is a storage facility. The office was closed mid-afternoon. I called the number I had. I was just about to hang up when someone finally answered. Individual seemed unsure how to handle.

MARC OI usually don’t rate a person or places this poorly. just the other day when I pulled my pontoon bolt out of there the gate was wide open. There was nobody in the office and as far as a gate is concerned it hasn’t been the first time the gate was left wide open. I personally don’t know what’s going on out there, but I think you guys need to up your game up. I guess I would say. Since you guys charged me late fees when it wasn’t my fault whatsoever, and you won’t refund the late fees because of the staff didn’t do their jobs properly. I will make sure that will tell everybody about your establishment. I will say your prices are very fair, but that’s about the only good thing I could say about that place.
CHARLES W | Overall ExperienceI Strongly Recommend an audit of the Fire Exits, Emergency Contact Signage, and Egress SOP for those that are inside the Storage Facility after Office Hours but within Gate Access Hours and are unable to leave due to Access Code Malfunction. In addition, the prolonged lack of access to Public Restrooms due to "Pipe Bursting" with no timeline of repair communicated and no temporary Restroom Access provided (i.e. Port-a-Potties) is unacceptable. The worn carpets are unseemly and should be replaced with a more practical flooring surface for moving and storing items. The only reason why a One Star was not given, is due to the Professionalism and Politeness of the Local Staff.

Lady i talked to asked another employee over the phone to send it to me, waited until almost 2 pm. If it was the other way around I would have been charged ect.
