No one was there for us to pick up the truck and finish the paperwork. The trucks steering was very loose and anytime you hit a small pot hole or uneven road the steering pulled you to the right. Worst truck I ever rented from U-Haul.

DONALD KThere was no U-Haul office at the location. It is a storage facility. The office was closed mid-afternoon. I called the number I had. I was just about to hang up when someone finally answered. Individual seemed unsure how to handle.

MARC OI was told to be there at 9-930. No one there. Called number and was told to do it online. Online said id get a recipt, i called around noon saying i never received it. Lady i talked to asked another employee over the phone to send it to me, waited until almost 2 pm. If it was the other way around I would have been charged ect.
