There was a pin missing from the hitch that was necessary for safe towing. I had to go to a parts store to purchase what was needed. I should not have had to do this. The store clerk was not knowledgeable of how to rent the trailer so I had to help her through the screens to get the rental completed.

Jess was a true gem throughout this move and made everything easier and simple. From the first day to the final move out day, nothing could be improved on. Thank you for making life a little easier.

The self check in online is a pain in the butt and takes forever. There has to be a better way

Zack was most helpful. He swept out the new unit and replaced the slider bar on the door. The door still needs extra help to be opened. It must be pulled forward a bit so that the bae goes into the slot on the door runner. It is nice to have a person there to talk to when you go there. Why are the doors open on the ends of the buildings. I feel that is still a security problem. Please thank Zack again for helping me.

My unit was next to a dirt pile and dirt got into my unit. The roof of that unit leaked which lead to my belongings to get damaged. I had told the guy at the office and he suggested to move me into a different unit. That wouldn't solve the leaking and dirt getting into the unit for the next person. Plus the rent kept getting raised and with someone who is only getting social security, I had to get out of there. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Well since I never moved into my storage unit, I never paid for it and I wanted my refund back $20 that I never got you guys keep ignoring me and you just kept my $20 when I never moved into the storage unit I’m gonna give you all over social media that you guys are and thieves until I get my money back plus 45 bucks for the time I have to waste sending this message and driving to the place again to again talk to someone in person. Worst place ever, try hiring more mature people and learn to train them better what a joke this kid was.

Was told I would get o refund on the unused days on the trailer rental but when I turned it in after two days I was told that there is no refund on the trailer. The trailer could be rented again with in the days left. It doesn't take 5 days to get to the location in Louisiana. Would never recommend anyone to use your service.

Did not like the fact that I had to submit my Home insurance policy multiple times and being told that if I didn't I would have a monthly charge attached to my account.
