Dear uhaul, I will not be using y’all again. It took two hours for a contract to be written. The system was slow and apparently it happens all the time. I arrived at 9 am and wasn’t out until 11:15am. In this instance I rented A car hauler that put me behind schedule getting it from one location to another. I ended up missing a meeting that cost me money. Highly unacceptable! I’m sure there is other competition out there that I will look into in the future Vic Mercado

owner was over an hour late, trailer floors had grease and other dirt that stained some items moved. I checked out light after hooking up to my truck. No running/clearance lights, just stop and turn signals.

Person operating this location doesn’t really care about customer service as it relates to Uhaul. Customer service goes a long way. I think the customer should always be treated with respect and kindness and negative statements about the customer should be done in private or not at all. I think the person at this location finds renting Uhaul as a nuisance.

Picked up ok but owner/ manager would not return our calls when we went through him directly, only after we went through uhaul .com dod we get any help

Address confusion but the excellent customer service in person and over the phone made up for the disastrous experience we had locating the place. we would definitely use your service repeatedly and recommend it to others mostly because of the customer services that we received at the Hempstead armoure building location

My email confirmation (did not receive hard copy) when I reserved the UHaul did not have return location information on it so I didn't know if there was a specific location I needed to return it to. Would have been helpful to know this. I just picked one close to me.
