BIG PROBLEM, there is a known issue with this address on the maps on a phone. I went on a wild goose chase, which in the end made a good trip unpleasant. When I finally found the place after calling scheduling, they called the location, and told us how to get there, etc etc. Well the lady there was nice but she said to me, "Oh that happens to everyone." I'm like, really? Well why the heck doesn't Uhaul fix the problem. Make a big note on this location, warn people about the mapping problem, but do something! The address was 925 Bus. 290, but the map took me to 48925 Bus. 290. And I never had the phone number of the drop off location or I could have called them myself. But that's a big secret I guess. Anyway, if the lady said it happens to everyone, you should do something about it. Thanks. Everyone was real nice and the trailer worked good, except for some of the lights. It needs a full electrical overhaul. Peace out... M

The 26 ft. U-haul Truck needs some serious Service and Repair. The wheel front end steering wheel was shaking on the highway, The sunriser was flopping the Sun in the sky was bright had to hold by hand when unclip. Front headlights way out of adjustment unable to see road in low beams. Vehicle tried to stall multiple times in traffic.

I had a terrible and dangerous experience. I traveled 500 miles with a 10 ft truck and on my journey I was pulled over for tail lights being out, and on top of that the check engine light kept coming on and going off every 30 minutes.

Dear uhaul, I will not be using y’all again. It took two hours for a contract to be written. The system was slow and apparently it happens all the time. I arrived at 9 am and wasn’t out until 11:15am. In this instance I rented A car hauler that put me behind schedule getting it from one location to another. I ended up missing a meeting that cost me money. Highly unacceptable! I’m sure there is other competition out there that I will look into in the future Vic Mercado

owner was over an hour late, trailer floors had grease and other dirt that stained some items moved. I checked out light after hooking up to my truck. No running/clearance lights, just stop and turn signals.

Person operating this location doesn’t really care about customer service as it relates to Uhaul. Customer service goes a long way. I think the customer should always be treated with respect and kindness and negative statements about the customer should be done in private or not at all. I think the person at this location finds renting Uhaul as a nuisance.

My email confirmation (did not receive hard copy) when I reserved the UHaul did not have return location information on it so I didn't know if there was a specific location I needed to return it to. Would have been helpful to know this. I just picked one close to me.
