Was difficult as we couldn’t find the other location we were supposed to drop off at. No one was at the location, but they did answer our call and directed us to the correct number so we didn’t have a wrong drop off location. Very helpful.

Convenient drop off location and U-Haul.com has an easy return process. We didn’t get help from anyone at the location because they closed early for whatever reason.
ANGELA DThe van's alignment was off, so I had to keep the steering wheel turned about 45 degrees to the right just to stay on the road. Taking curves, especially with a heavy load, was difficult and required extra effort.

Brooke KGet rid of the after hours return process!!! The location was great and the equipment was well maintained and clean. However, I did not like the after hours return process. I found it confusing. I am 62 years old and would have preferred an actual person to be in the office to take the keys and look the truck over.

She’s knowledgeable about the Uhaul trucks and accessories and shows you each step of the way. Uhaul is such a great value. A 10’ or 15’ truck for $131 to $150 is amazing. Big savings Amy checked me out and checked me in so fast. Always coming back.

MICHAEL DI wouldn’t recommend the 24/7 pickup to anyone! It was a nightmare and took over 2 hours plus I had to go out of my way to go to another location to end picking up my U-Haul which did have my dolly or moving pads .

Dana SWhen reserving equipment providing should tell you at time of reservation that they can or cannot provide requested equipment. I was making a long haul move and provider could not tell me if they would have the truck I needed until 3 days before my move date. I ordered 4 packs of blankets and they could only provide two packs. They also could not locate and provide an appliance dolly I reserved until I called U-Haul and complained. When I complained to provider I was basically told they were doing me a favor by attempting to locate the equipment I needed. They should have told me at time of reservation that they could not guarantee my order so I could go somewhere that could. It was a very stressful experience worried about moving a long distance on a time schedule and not knowing if I would have the trucks and equipment I needed. Also the tow dolly we rented had bald tires and by the time our trip from Texas to Missouri was complete there were cords showing on one of the tires was showing.
