We were charged for 10km overage but were not compensated for the additional fuel in the vehicle (pickup at 3/4 tank, dropoff at 7/8 tank), this soured our experience. Additionally the condition of the tires was not appropriate for winter, there was slippage at frequent times during both in-town and highway travel.

This was by far the best rental experience I have ever had, everything went smoothly, no trouble whatsoever. Nicole was knowledgeable, efficient, and patient with my too many inane questions about times, rates etc.

The woman who processed our rental was fantastic and made sure we had the trailer hooked up properly. She gave us good advice and was friendly to deal with. There is also a large area to pick up the trailer so it was not intimidating for a first timer.

it said the uhaul truck was to be returned Wednesday, which it was. I was still charged a 60 dollar late fee. Maybe i’m overlooking something. In addition the lady at the Cranbrook location was rude.

UHaul switched the vehicle I had reserved a week in advance, apparently informing me via voicemail. I didn't get that message, and when I showed up for my vehicle, the one I reserved was not there and was not available. Not OK. The vehicle that I did get, a cargo van, had dirty windows and mirrors, to the point of being unsafe. I had to stop on the highway and clean them myself. Otherwise, the vehicle performed well and I got my job done. I might look for another rental company next time.

Check equipment a little better, the drivers mirror almost flew off so I had to perform a little maintenance to make sure it didn’t. I also had a he passengers mirror cause some problem. I informed the young lady I the office on return of the truck. Other than that it was all good

Ensure your booking online is accurate! We booked for Ft Mac PU and drop off at Boyle AB 8 hours after booking and making moving arrangements, we got a call informing us there were no units in FtMac. We had to travel to Ft Sask to PU the truck at a considerable gas expense for both my truck and the U Haul to bring to Ft Mac. We should have been compensated besides the extra 2 days, which we did not need

I can’t think of anything to do with the staff at the location they were amazing and so helpful. My morning was chaotic and wasn’t able to pick to, and the staff at the location called me to make sure everything was ok. The online pick up was a problem in the morning, it was taking almost 30 minutes to verify my information. So, if I was to make a recommendation. I would say to make your online pick up system a bit more efficient so you’re not stuck waiting unsure if it’s going to ever go through. Other than that small issue we had no issues, everything went great with our move and the truck was clean and well maintained.

The storage unit met our needs for the time frame we required extra room for storing household items. There were no problems with the rental process or the unit itself. Staff were very helpful.

Interior of the truck was pretty muddy, cargo area was full of mud too. Had to sweep clean to start loading. Not armor storages fault but the ford 650 is probably the worst truck I’ve ever driven in this size.. ride was incredibly rough on the steer axle as if the tires were square. Power was reasonable and fuel economy was as expected but the ride was awful. The old GMC top kicks uhaul used to have were way worse on fuel but the ride was smoother.

The truck was not cleaned very well by the last customer. Interior was very dirty, box needed sweeping out and wheel wells had mud in them.

Please note that during the winter snow accumulated on the south doors of our unit (#210) & ice developed resulting in us not being able to access our items on that side. Better snow removal at base of south side doors is highly recommended.

We are very happy with the service we were provided; we always felt our trailer was stored securely. Any questions we had were answered quickly and accurately by the staff. We removed our trailer from the storage facility because we purchased a lake lot where we can leave our trailer year round, but should we ever need storage in the future we will definitely return to Armour Self Storage. Clean and easy, only issue is that concrete lip at base of door, could use a edge piece so dollies roll a bit smoother, that's it.
