My review is based on 1800 S Stirman Ave, Fayetteville. The Armstrong location wasn’t manned and shouldn’t be offered as a location. The gentleman was very helpful to direct me to Stirman and was very timely in getting me checked out and hooked up the trailer for me. He’s a great asset.

Armstrong was not an actual U-haul location. I was immediately referred to Levi storage to do the pickup. I imagine this is a gimmick to get more people to pick their location. I did not appreciate having to drive 20 minutes round trip to pick up a u-haul that I though was right next to my house.

Steven TArrived at 9:00. Truck was not ready. I had rented a furniture moving dolly, and was told they didn't have one on-site. I had rented 12 furniture pads, and when I opened the back of the truck they weren't there. After searching other trucks the employee did end up finding both the pads and the dolly, but I didn't leave the location until almost 9:40. By the way, I was the only customer there the entire time. Way too long and inefficient!

RANDY SThis location was confusing, and in an inconvenient location. The address that is printed on the website is different from where the customer actually has to go to get the Uhaul. They seemed annoyed that we did not know the location, even though it was not stated on the website or at any time before the pickup. We had to drive to two different locations to pick up the trailer.

RICHARD PMike was great. As for UHaul as a company I am not impressed. We were told several different locations for a truck pick-up, none of which were our guaranteed location or time. After hours of waiting and searching we finally were contacted and told to go to this location which proved to be very good. It was an extremely stressful situation due to UHaul's overbooking and mismanagement, yet this location was a great experience in an otherwise mishandled reservation.

JESSE K3 customers were being waited on for pickup, I was told where I could throw away some unusable cardboard and where the trailer was going to end up. I emptied my the cardboard and parked the trailer. The manager came out and checked me out in 30 seconds. Great place to drop off.
DON RAgain, another weird and dissatisfying experience with UHaul. This is now the second time in NW AR alone that I've arranged to drop off a truck at a location that no longer is actually even in business/there. It was normal business hours, no one was there, but I was able to lock the packing blankets in the cab and drop the key in a UHaul labeled drop box. All that was very convenient to drop and go, but unsettling. Should I drop here? Are they still in business? I did receive a follow up phone call from a very nice person thanking me for the business and apologizing for sub par appearance since they were no longer in business.

MICHELLE PArmstrong was not the problem. I had reserved the pick location at a different business. When I arrived the business was closed and I had to call UHaul to find out where and what to do. It took over an hour and half searching two different address's to find Armstrong. Once we arrived at Armstrong they competed the transaction. I was disapointed with UHaul that no one had contacted me prior of my arrival even after my "Online Check in" days before. After this experience I'm not sure I will use UHaul every again.... Sorry guys but you need to step it up here. One other thing regarding the equipment, the truck performed great; however Armstrong did not have the truck cleaned. Inside was not the problem, but the outside. The wind sheld was full of bugs and difficult to see through. I had to stop and clean it myself agian not something as a customer I should have to do..

And will definitely reccomend to freinds and family. Uhaul needs to give these guys a raise and continue to hire people like them
TAYLOR YTrucks should start out with a full tank of gas. It's bullshit that they start at a third, then taking on the risk of making sure there is enough gas replaced to avoid the ridiculously high refueling fees. Make it easy. Start with a full tank.
