MIKE VThere was something brown and sticky all over the inside of the truck when I got it, like maybe motor oil. Had to clean this up especially well due to moving mattresses. I opted for mobile pick up and stop had to go inside and wait for them to get the truck because it was not kept on site and it wasn’t there at my reserve time
Christian WIt was not so much the location but the process. Following the instructions step by step it has me go find the truck that was down the road and across the street. Once i found the truck i had to go back to the loack box at the store and then all kinds of issues trying to unlock the lock box to get the key. I had to call another location to help with the lock. Once in the truck the fuel tank was not full and it is really hard to return in same condition and all when you don't have it filled all the way. Not a good experience on the on-line option, next time i will find a place I can do in person.

I lost two reservations due to renters not bringing their vehicles back in time, but u-haul tried their best and got us back on schedule. We would not even think about using another company now. thank you, nick from Navarre Fl.

TYRIANA DScavenger hunt to find the key pick up location then back and forth to the truck location across the hwy. Cup holders were sticky and filled with spilled crap. Truck ran fine like most trucks but the pick-up process was miserable.

Matthew PTHIS WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE THEY CHARGED UP FOR 50 MILES WE DID NOT USE AND AN AFTER HOURS FEES THAT WAS NOT ACCURATE SO $70 THAT THEY STILL OWE US AND THEY WILL NOT CALL US BACK. OUR BILL WAS 324. THAT IS INSANE. OR A DAY AND A HALF LOCALLY. I AM LIVID. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Glen LHad to go to another store after I called 800 number on my paperwork that said the first place was the drop off center then they sent me to another store where it was closed, which I understand on a Saturday, but didn’t have any wheel chocks to keep it from rolling out in the hwy so had to find dirt to pile up under wheels. Would be nice to have a set of wheel chocks on those trailers, no jack on trailer so had to set on touge which helped make it slide since it was on a slope.

Edwin HSo I was charged an additional $47 .93 for a couple of leaves and because I had forgotten to do a check in on the app. A phone call to remind me about the check in would have been nice since I was very busy and did not recall that was a thing. The amount is ridiculous.
Cathrine BTried to pickup early using my phone and could not get on uhaul web page. Called 1-800 number for help.and got transferred 3 times. Thank God for the uhaul center down the street. They were able to do check in for me and I was able to go back and pick up my truck
