The person we dropped the truck off to was the nicest person I think I ever spoke with. The parking lot was too small for the truck, and the tight turns to get there were challenging, to say the least. Also, there was a closer spot to my location that wasn't offered; I blame that on U-Haul.

CARL HThe location I picked up from was the worst experience. I had a reservation for pickup at 8am. I had to first call support so that they could route my reservation through the app as i was not even given the location of the truck or lockbox. Once i got the code to the lockbox, I had opened it to find no key inside. I then called support again where I was passed off to multiple people, this took around 45 minutes. I then received a call from a man at the pickup store saying he had my keys and to meet him at a gas station to pick them up. This was an extremely sketchy experience. He also informed me that the dolley and furniture pads I had ordered were being refunded as they did not have any. Thats fine but I wish that would have been communicated PRIOR to me picking up the truck. I think Uhaul needs to ensure that their renters are organized and professional with pickups, as it caused unnecessary stress and a delay in my move.
