Driver door would not close and i was afriad i was going to fall out, check engine light stayed on. I told the person who rented me the truck, she said ok. The gas station I rented the truck from was more interested in selling their gas and added 3 gallons to my bill after i bought 1 gallon of gas from them for the truck- i only drove 12 miles. This means your trucks gas mileage is 3 miles per gallon or they wanted to sell more of their gas. I was misled with the initial mileage rate, I was told $0.89, later I looked at my bill and it was $1.09. Terrible service, never coming back and will be telling everyone in Woodstock about my experience

It was terrible. I felt like i was being scammed and got nothing that i asked for. He was rude and tried to get over on me multiple times. 0/10 never again. Got the thing when it was empty put enough gas in it to get to where I had to go and brought it back like i got it and was charged for gas. The price jumped from $68 to $219 for having it for 1 day. Never again.

When I got to the store it was closed. They supposedly opened at 7 but my 9am pickup no one was there and store was closed and locked. Waited 10min and someone finally showed up. Not good when you're on a schedule.

The process into getting the truck was pretty swift and easy as long as you had the proper necessities to rent. I recommend this place in particular as it is easy access to drive the trunk right into the parking lot.

The truck was not clean, had dolly left in it that I didn’t rent or want, had over 100,000 miles and made some serious noises, and I was charged way more than I was quoted.

The gas station/uhual attendant was really rude, unprofessional and had an attitude for no reason. I greeted the attendant good morning and he just looked at me and rolled his eyes. I informed him I was there to pick up my uhual and checked in online already and showed him my reservation. I told him I just needed the key. He had an attitude and would not give me the key and told me he needed to take a picture of me and my id, which makes no sense at all. He continued having an attitude during the entire interaction and made me extremely uncomfortable. Never coming to this location again!! Also the equipment was not cleaned and had trash inside the uhual and even in the glove compartment! Terrible location!!!

When we dropped off the truck, we paid $40 for gas to refuel it. After we paid, someone else used the pump. We confronted them, and they said that this is their gas now. When we went inside to complain, the attendant told us that that was our problem. I would absolutely not recommend this location.

The only thing I would say is I asked for a doly and this location did not have a doly. Luckily, the movers had a doly so it all worked out. However, Uhaul needs to be aware of what a customer requested when switching their pickup location.

This location charged me incorrect fees. I was charged a gas charge even though I returned vehicle with more gas than when I started and was charged mileage which only happened because you pushed me to a further away location at last minute. All of this has been logged in a complaint, but have not heard any response.

Clean and maintain the trucks. Tge tire system was an issue. We had to pull over 3 times from GA to NC in the middle of the night to add air and the last time tge tire wouldn't even take air. We couldn't get help from roadside and no one answered when we called customer service. I had to had someone come out with a truck and made 6 trips to empty out the uhaul so we could drive it safely but not safely to the house to keep the tire fro popping g. No one you'd us about the issue. No one followed up. We dropped 2 trucks off early Sunday afternoon and the checking shows Monday at 1130a which is bull shit! The entire experience was tge absolute worst adding that it took more than 3 hrs in the chevron store to get the truck with multiple call to customer service from the store employee, me and my son. I was a full refund!!!

This is a convenience store. Uhaul redirected me from a preferred location. They didn’t include some requested blankets. I’ve rented from this location previously. They are a hostile and distant agent

Was not happy with the ‘check engine light’ on, the ‘tire service’ light came on twice. Larry from roadside assistance was very helpful which was appreciated

I ordered a utility dolly for the purpose of moving a refrigerator and it was not at the location we went to. We then had to resort to a smaller dolly for 12.00. I feel because the original dolly wasn't there that the second runner up should of been for no fee to make up for the mix up of not having the dolly I had ordered a head of time in the first place. I had ordered blankets too and they were not available. I was not charged for the blankets but because we had no blankets, my furniture was nicked and dented.

I connected dolly myself, no checkout and no one inspected the car dolly when I returned. I didn't get a reciept of return or a notation that it was returned damage free. This left me feeling vulnerable to fraud.

Less time waiting for check in even though I had reserved the vehicle on line prior. The clerk did ask me if it was ok to wait on store customers prior to working on the rental. I agreed out of courtesy however it would have been nice to have another person to check people out.

Location was good; and we were able to get truck checked back in. Overall, the largest area for growth we found in the rental process was the website. I had to sign in over and over again; and I couldn't find some of the info about our rental when I needed it - specifically the picture of the gas gauge. I just didn't find it to be user friendly; but the vehicle itself worked out great! We appreciate it so much!!! We also loved being able to check it out and back in on the phone so we didn't have to work around specific hours. Thanks!

The reservation was supposed to be in Louisville and they couldn’t figure out how to set that At location. So they set it back to Woodstock and told me to “call a number in the morning and there would be no extra charge”. So I called in the morning and they told me that I would be charged more but they would find a location for me to drop it off at. To top off everything the trucks radio is broken so for a 6 hour drive it was kinda upsetting.

Drop off was a gas station. Only one person working. He was friendly but his English was hard to understand. Parking lot was crowded and he asked me to park the 15’ truck. There was little room and parking required parallel parking. I did fine and didn’t hit anything but he did ask my wife to go outside and help me. I’m fine driving a large truck and backing it but parallel parking when you can’t see clearly behind is a bit intimidating. Nothing was hit fortunately but I would have expected an employee to park the truck. The small gas station was no comparison to the huge location where we picked up the truck!!

Truck was dirty, junk and debris inside cab. No efforts to clean truck from prior renter. Worse experience ever. I have rented four times from uhaul and never saw a vehicle so dirty. Also the check engine light was on. Dealer did not care, just said drive it anyway. I called CS and advised of vehicle issues. They were helpful and provided roadside assistance #

The inside of the truck needed a wipe down. Sticky soda stains riddled the cup holder area and the middle seat had soda stains as well.

The truck smelled of cigarette smoke. The protective blankets and hand truck were strewn in the back, which I did not order.
