The open sign was on but they had a paper printed sign that said they were closed but to call then because they lived 10 minutes away. I tried to call the number for the store and on the paper several times but everytime I would select the uhaul customer service the line would disconnect. I ended up calling the regency store I picked up the truck from to get to uhaul customer service. Also the drop box for the key was around back of the building but we only figured that out after 30 to 45 minutes of frustration.Tabitha W.

Have yet to receive email receipt for dropping off the trailer, blankets and utility dolly. Hopefully that will be sent today or I will contact uhaul directly for a copy of my receipt.ROYCE G.
