Used app process for pickup but site rep didn’t understand process, she confused me with the only other reservation that day for that site, claiming I hadn’t paid and couldn’t pickup, refused to look at my phone showing green pickup code. incredibly rude, ignorant, and abusive, calling me a jackass. If I were U-Haul I wouldn’t want my name associated with that location.
