It was convenient but parking lot was tricky to get a 26 foot truck out from behind the business to the road.

Gentleman who assisted me was friendly and well mannered. He explained everything very well and made the process easy. The truck however did not drive smoothly I feel it needs some maintenance.
Dyan GI would not recommend this location to continue operating as a U-Haul truck share location. General manager has zero people skills and truck was not in great condition. Manager was not able to remedy the issue I had and even went as far as accusing me of lying about the check in process. Sound like a good U-Haul partner that creates a repeat customer? Certainly not.
Austin PI did mobile pick up and drop off. Both pick up and drop off took about 45 mins. I arrived at 6am and because I was out of state, they required 3 additional contact people’s info for them to call BEFORE they let you leave with the U-Haul. So if you’re planning on doing early mobile pick up, make sure the contacts you list are either with you, or awake so they can verify. They also charge a “guesstimate” based on how many miles you think you’ll be using before you can leave with the U-Haul. You do have to put gas back in it before dropping it off. Then after turning it in, they calculate and take more or give money back based on its turn in condition. The drop box also has a strong magnet so it can be difficult to open it to leave the keys. My U-Haul was unlocked with I got it. I also reserved an appliance dolly and when I picked up the U-Haul, the dolly wasn’t there. Later, when they opened, they said it was because they were running low on them and couldn’t provide one, although this was never communicated before and I needed to move a washer and dryer from a third floor apartment. Also upon drop off, they require you to take multiple pictures, however, the pictures took about 5-10 mins each to upload. The website made it seem like this would be a quick and easy process but both mobile pick up and drop off was terrible, long, and highly frustrating… especially before and after a long day of moving. If you’re using U-Haul, I’d recommend waiting til they’re open to pick it up and drop it off.

Additionally, due to the restaurant next door, the parking lot was extremely congested and my buddy had to get out of the vehicle to direct traffic. Finally, the truck only had a 1/3 of a tank of gas upon my arrival.

Devaughn LThis was the 3rd location that changed to for my reservation. It was supposed to have everything I reserved. But it still did not, two big stuffs (hand truck and furniture dolly) for moving were still not available! We came to the store around 9:30am flying over from other state. The official store open time was at 10am, but 3 store employees including the manager were already in the store. We talked to them many times to ask them to start the paper work since we were going to move to another state and there were lots of tasks need to do. The rental office in another state would close early and not open on Saturday and Sunday. We even begged them but they still ignored us and locked the door. They were extremely not friendly at all. We only got the truck and tow dolly around 10:20am. Time was totally wasted there. What a bad experience in this U-Haul store!!! By the way, the gas on the truck was not fully full. I filled the gas all the way to 100% full when I returned. Also there was a hole very obvious on the windshield, but the store didn’t tell us when we got the truck! Today 8/14, a lady from U-Haul called me. I told her this terrible experience. She said she was going to call the store manager but hanged up the phone on me. What is wrong with U-Haul now???

It was very frustrating when they did not open as early as my original location and the late opening was not mentioned in my verification email. I was forced to delay my departure due to the change in pick up location. This was a UHaul problem, not the Arrow Pawn & Jewelry.
David GComputer wasn't working.. We were told from pick-up in NC (Garner) that we could drop off at our c U-Haul the closest where we live in Melrose, Fl. When we lived in in Green Cove the closest was on Blanding . Called Interlachen & they said no problem. Find out UHaul gouged us seniors for $75+tax for wrong drop off????? We were told closest dealer 20 min away, so why take it over an hour away especially when it was okayed.

Jose AThe address to drop off at 731 US Hwy 70 W Garner, NC 27529 needs to be updated. When you type in the address to your gps device it takes you to no man’s land. There is nothing but woods. After waiting on hold and finally getting a hold of the drop off place, they were tucked in on the other side of the highway. It caused me and extra 30 minutes to figure out where to drop off the truck.

Timothy RPerson attending the uhaul location was not helpful and told us he had to leave when we arrived. This was at 1:15 pm and we were told by uhaul that the hours there were 1pm to 5pm. Another customer was told there was no more room to put his returning vehicle within the gates.
Kenneth MI scheduled to pick my Uhaul early in the morning weeks in advanced. I had friends, family, and professional movers ready to go at 8 am at my house. I got a call about 15 hours before that no Uhaul would be available until 10 am. I was scrambling to change plans and push everything back. Next morning I arrive at 9:45 to pick it up. No Uhaul in sight. We were told there was a scheduling error with no idea if we could even get a truck that day. I sat on hold with Uhaul customer service for over an hour before I hung up when the truck pulled in the parking lot at 11:30. All of our friends, family, and professional movers had been waiting at our house during this time. I was crying and having a mental breakdown. The man at the pawn shop was exceptional and very transparent the whole time. This was NOT his fault- it was directly on Uhaul scheduling. I will absolutely never use Uhaul again.
Sarah OWe received horrible service from U-Haul. This is the second time we have requested a truck well in advance, and the truck was not available. On Friday afternoon, we went to pick up a non-existent truck. We then had call four different times to have someone actually try to help us. Then, we could only get a 10 foot instead of a 15 foot truck and had to drive 30 miles out of our way in Friday rush-hour traffic to pick up the truck. Having to do all of that put us three hours behind on our moving plan. We will never use U-Haul again.
Peter MEverything was horrible the truck was leaking oil, jumping while driving, and was not that clean in inside. Also the latch couldnt lock the uhaul so i had to leave my uhaul open over night.

Randolph Ait took way too long to rent (45 minutes!).Even after all appropriate information was preloaded online. The truck had lots of sand in the bed and there was what looked old food on the seats in the cab.
STEPHEN HTried to return the vehicle after hours. Using the Uhaul app the location option did not work. The pawn shop personnel informed me that the location equipment was not working. Made for an inconvenient return.
