We had to travel an hour, past multiple other U-Haul locations to this one. The one we had reserved did not have the truck we needed.
Lisa jI've always used U-Haul over my many years. I've never had a bad experience with them. I will always use them because they are well organized and willing to make accommodations to a reservation. My last experience with them was helping my sone move one way. I made a mistake on acquisition date by 7-days after I needed it. Traffic folks placed me on hold, but checked back every three minutes to assure me they were working on my request. Indeed, they were able to juggle their trucks around and allow me to move up my move date. Of course, this put me back in good graces with my son. Thank you, U-Haul staff!

Ricardo HI was under the impression if you returned the vehicle with more gas than you took it with that you would be reimbursed the difference on your invoice. It had 7/8 I brought it back full.

BRENDON B | Overall ExperienceMy original truck reservation was with Glacier West. When I showed up for check in, Glacier west was closed "unexpectedly". The Uhaul operator contacted arrowwood mini storage and was able to make me a new reservation within the hour. Lynda at arrowwood mini storage was FANTASTIC.

Lisa SNot welcoming. We got there and the company had put the last name on my E-mail as my reservation name. All she would say is there is no reservation under your name. I asked could she look it up under my reservation number, and she repeated her last statement. I had no idea what other name it could be under. Finally we sorted it out but it was a stressful few minutes

desiree sThey charge almost $2 per mile. It’s not after so many miles you get charged, it’s every mile so it cost me over 1thousand dollars to move two hours away

Josephr pThere is an issue with the Uhaul truck I drove today. I was told about the issue after I was given the keys, even though there were 3 other trucks in the lot that were the same size I got a truck that had an ignition issue. It took a few minutes to turn the truck on a few times. It acted like the steering lock was on but it wasn’t, the key simply would not turn. I was worried at one point that it wasn’t going to work at all. Not at all a great experience.

Tom hThe YouTube video illustring how to secure the load on the tow dolly was really good, but, it was a challenge getting the vehicle centered onto the dolly. Adding something to the effect "...focus on centering the hood (hood ornament, panel crease...) down the tongue of the dolly will help get the vehicle loaded and centered." might help. That's what I used on the third try, and it loaded perfectly.

Craig SThe worst customer service I've ever had. Both that ladies that work there were very rude. I will never go back there or recommend anyone renting a uhaul there. They were not open on time..keep there doors locked at all times..won't allow customers in there lobby you have to wait outside. I have never seen such poor customer service. Very disappointed

NAOMI CEverything with my experience was great as always. All the employees are very helpful, very nice, and super professional. The equipment is always clean and in great shape. This is the facility that I recommend to any and all residents from my property. Which is 97 units. So I go through this uhaul facility all the time. They are great. Keep up the great work.
COLE BI wouldn’t recommend Uhaul to anyone, I cannot believe I asked for a location close to me and they had me go several miles away from my house, to just rack up more miles at $1.89 a mile. I will definitely go with Budget or Another company that has a flat rate.

Mark SNo one was even there when we dropped it off and there were no lights on outside so I was unable to see. Not a safe location at all since there were no outside lights to see if creeps were hiding in shrubs.
Linda WThe truck was clean but way over priced. The trucks check engine light came on shortly after getting the truck for only a few hour rental. The parking break didn't function either. For the price I paid, it shouldn't have been such a run down vehicle, where is all that money going??

Bill OCheck engine light was on. driver's visor broken. If you are going to charge $1.19/mile, trucks should be checked and serviced. Customer service was great! Wasn't able to inform because we dropped the truck after hours.

Robert ESuper helpful woman but the location is kinda hidden so we had to slam on the breaks to make the tight turn into the small location. We had questions on if the 26’ truck would even fit there and there really wasn’t any parking for the POV we were following with.
ALISHA HI noticed when I dropped off the U-Haul I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I do not feel that was right when the cab and the outside of the U-Haul were dirty when I picked them up..
Romona DI was charged extra for extra miles and it was because the truck I originally rented wasn’t going to be there. So I got a call the day before saying it would be 20 minutes away from where I was suppose to pick it but. It added 30 miles to my trip and I was charged extra for it.
Steffani MOur preferred location didnt have our truck (where the attendant was really awesome) so we got bumped to mile hill. The woman who checked us in and out was extremely rude and explained nothing. I felt like I was bothering her with my business. She was so unprofessional i felt the need to take a video of the truck before we drove off to protect ourselves. She handed us the keys with hardly a word. I dont rent uhauls often and wasnt sure how to find our truck. When we checked it back in she handed me another paper, "here ya go". I had to ask what the final charge on my card was and if that was everything we needed to do. Ill carry my stuff before I rent from this location again.
