The experience was great, excellent and friendly service. Quick and easy, definitely will go to this location again when I need equipment.
Sandy KMy son made the reservation over the phone. The location didn't have the size truck he requested, so the reservation was moved to another location. The reservation was for 3 days. However, when I went to pick up the truck somebody had screwed up the reservation and the truck was only available for 6 hours! Fortunately, the original location had a larger truck that was available for the 3 day period and we were able to rent that one. Needles to say it was an unexpected and unpleasant experience.
