When we got there, we sat for a good 15-20 minutes before someone came out. We had to call the location, while standing in their office with no one in it. And was told very lethargically that they would be down shortly. She decided to comment about how poorly my wife was backing up her brand new truck and decided to insult us with profanities. She then demands us to put the trailer back exactly where i got it. When i got back, there was no one to assist us, and we had a hell of a time tryjng to put the trailer back in the same exact spot. Would have been nice to have some type of assistance or at least some pleasant customer service. Nope.

Zack DIt looked like a carnival set up with all the blow up kids slides in front of the place. I was instructed to just park it around back field and had to drop the trailer myself. Luckily there was a screw jack off to the side in the grass I utilized to get it off my truck.

PETER CI specifically requested my reservation from a different U-Haul location, trying to avoid a place that thought it was a good idea to make their logo and name after an ass. U-Haul decided to relocate my pick up for me without notification. That aside, the truck I was provided was the WORST truck I have had to ride in. Having been prior military I’m familiar with 26 foot moving trucks, the front end shook so bad my voice was shaking trying to talk to someone on the phone. It got the job done but damn.

MICHELE RTrailer lights no working. Had to use Trailer at night so this was very frustrating.
Courtney EFront office lady was amazing. She tried her hardest to get a hold of a manager and then a district manager and had zero luck making any contact. It will us almost two hours to check out. I was assigned the incorrect uhaul. The computer system kept shutting down. I did not want to use the card I used to reserve with but she could not get the pay to work on the phone and she tried two different sources. The lack of leadership assisting their employee was disappointing and the amount of time I had to sit there was insane. I did not have that extra time to sit there like that. I really hope that location can get better management to support their staff that is trying to assist paying customers. Over 800 dollar paying customer.

DALE TThe pick up location was changed at the last minute so that we had to add an extra 20 miles and another hour to the pick up process, which was very inconvenient. Otherwise the pick up went smoothly and the lady at the desk was very cordial and efficient.

Donald GMade reservations on line with a location close to home. Two days before picking it up I received a call from U-Haul telling me that location was not available. Why was I allowed to reserve it there? New location (folks were awesome there btw) added 22 miles more to my rental.

Hard to locate everything we were almost a whole hour late getting our truck because you couldn’t locate the boxes and all so maybe consider going to that location and adding in some lights so people have easier pick up and also for people like my wife, female, petite for them to feel safer.

Melody BI only need U-Hauls every few months, but the waterslides at this place give me a reason to rent every month. I sure get excited about the U-Haul rentals though. They're always so clean and Robin likes to have the AC cold before I even start renting in the office. Love this place. The cheap boxes are so convenient too!
