Prisicilla WWere personnel helpful? Are you kidding? THERE WERE NO PERSONNEL. All we found was a crowded place of U-Haul trucks. I had no idea where to leave the trailer. No one in sight to help during working hours. My wife and I were frustrated and drove back and forth in front of the place several times. No place to talk to someone. There was just a sign {Rentals Return". All crowded. Should I just leave the trailer on the street? Finally I found a patch of grass. Now on the U-Haul corporate your side. . ."Why do we need to spend 1/2 hour filling out the return on-line, taking several pictures? If you had a person available that would save the customer a lot of hassle. I not sure this system is going to work long term with in frequent customers. They will be tempted to leave the trailer and be done with it.

Barbara WNot great instructions on where to drop off the vehicle. The staff was nice but not very present. The app drop off feature is very abrupt and doesn’t help you drop the keys off so you kind of have to guess what to do. Not the most helpful service.

Amanda CI has trouble with picking up the reservation, the people on the telephone were incredibly unhelpful and the location was not open. The interior of the vehicle (flooring) was muddy and the drivers seat was jammed and would not slide forward.

Jon BIt was difficult to use the 24/7 to get the truck since we were delayed getting there since my wife had to work late and I had trouble getting the vehicle. The return was also a hassle and took over an hour to get the app or website to work properly. I couldn't get the clean end photos completed since the page would refresh and photos would be erased before taking all 6 photos. I would not recommend using the website or app to anyone at this time with the struggles we had using it. Otherwise the truck rental was great to move our belongs from our old house to our new house.
