When reserving a truck it should be in the location agreed upon. I had to go out of my way to get a truck and it was quite a hassle. Your phone customer service is not helpful at all.

Have U-Haul be competent and understand I say outside for an hour trying to pick up on mobile app they out the location 35 miles further than originally pick up terrible wouldn’t refund anything
