We called in advance to make sure the location was open and staffed. We were assured that they were. When we got there they were closed and we had to wait for over an hour before a staff member came and our reservation could be honored. It was a very bad experience and I will not be using this location in the future.

Jeyson RI had a great experience with Perfect Timing Towing despite the hiccups we had with the Uhaul app. April and Darnell went above and beyond to help and made the entire process smooth and stress free. I really appreciate the level of care and professionalism they showed and I highly recommend them. I am so glad that they were in literal walking distance from me, that also saved me in Uber fees!! I will absolutely use them again!
