I was incorrectly charged and brought everything to their attention was told I was being refunded and still haven’t been refunded.

April went above and beyond to help us with our last-minute U-Haul rental. When we arrived, we learned that my Cash App card wasn’t accepted and that using another card would require an additional hold—money I needed for my storage rental. April kindly worked with me and allowed me to rent the U-Haul with cash without the extra fee. Then, due to unforeseen circumstances, my storage booking was delayed until the following day after we had already picked up the U-Haul. April was incredibly understanding and accommodating. She allowed us to keep the truck overnight without charging any additional rental fees. We only had to pay for the original rental, mileage, and the gas we used. The customer service we received was exceptional. I will definitely use this location again if I need another U-Haul, and I highly recommend them. Thank you, April, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Clifford RThe pickup and drop off was easy and quick. However, they charged my credit card for 4 days rental instead of 4 hours which of course is a big difference in cost! Twelve days later and I'm still trying to get charges refunded. This is unacceptable and why I will not recommend renting a U-Haul from this location to anyone!
