The ramp on the U Haul would not come out, looked like it had been damaged by previous renter of it. The brakes were soft and would not stop unless pushed many times very dangerous when going down hill. We had to hire extra people to load the U-Haul because the ramp would not release and come out, which cost us more money. We were completely unhappy with the U-Haul we rented and felt we should have been refunded some of the money we paid to rent it.

This is a new U-Haul provider. I ordered 2 dozen pads when I made my reservation. This location didn't have any furniture pads. Nobody contacted me to tell me this. When I went to pickup the rental I was told. So last minute I had to find blankets and quilts from my home to use as padding. A business should have the supplies or the customer be informed when making the reservation. Very disappointing.

The mobile app process did not go well. The initial rental agreement, the pick-up and and drop-off processes required multiple attempts to get them to work. At pick-up and drop-off, the contractor had to complete the process for me. This will discourage me from using it again in the future.
