I dropped off truck and personnel came outside to confirm truck was clean and had the correct fuel level 5/16 of a tank (actually 3/8), and said an e-receipt would be sent to confirm completion of rental. When e-receipt came 2 days later it said returned fuel was only 3/16 and I was billed an extra -$50. Fortunately I was still in drop off location so went back to correct. They were very helpful, was reconciled, and received new e-receipt showing 3/8 fuel and no additional charges. Everyone makes mistakes, were human, and they were apologetic and squared away quickly.

Terrible the rate you charged for a smaller trailer to pick up in NY and drop off in NC I had just rented a LARGER trailer in NC and dropped off in Florida NY for about 1/2 the cost If you have any hope of keeping me as a future customer then you should send me a significant credit ( to credit card used or a check )
steve zukEverything was fine, they are courteous. Basically I was very pleased.
Rosemary KrzemienNot a thing. Everything was great. The customer service was perfect.
Shawn MajorThe attendant was polite and knew how to get through the paperwork. I rented a car trailer which had a couple of inches of snow covering the inch of ice that was on the "Tracks" of the trailer, when I asked for a broom to sweep it off I was handed one with a handle that did not fit the broom so I held the bottom of the broom in my hand to do the sweeping. When I got to the car I woud be hauling I used my receiver hitch to chip away at the ice on the "Tracks" to facilitate loading the car. The straps for the two front wheels were frozen, I spent the next twenty minutes attempting to make them pliable enough to feed through the rachets. There whould be more straps provided to secure the back of the car, just the two up front makes you feel a bit uneasy on bumpy, uphill and downhill roads. Lastly, I only needed the trailer for one day but was made to pay for two days, I could have had the trailer returned the same day. As far as the trailer goes it worked well, it tracked straight and it would have been eay to forget it was back there, that is if the car was better secured to it.
