The experience was great and there’s really only one little thing that kept the experience from being highest possible is the fact that I’ve noticed the past two U-Haul rentals I’ve used, have not had cruise control on the vehicles. I’ve also rented from Penske in the past and their vehicles did have cruise control. Which was nice when you have a lot of driving to do.
SRI .The trailer tire had a nail in it that wasn't noticed until after we loaded our Jeep. We had to carry an air compressor on our 7 hr drive home, but it made it after we refilled the tire several times. The biggest issue is with your auto loader. The straps that are to go over the front tire are WAY to short. We towed a Jeep, with tires that are normal sized, not large mud tires. The straps wouldn't fit over the tire to connect to the pulley. We ended up having to flatten both front tires and ride with them sitting on the rim. I hope they aren't damaged from this time being flat. Poor design.

MARY Rwhen we returned our trailer on saturday no one was there , so we called the number on our contract it was to the corporate office she said to leave it and call on monday , when we got home 25 miles away i tried to do the return on line , so i called again another lady said i needed to do it in the parking lot , why didnt the first lady tell me that , so it took 3 calls on monday to finially get the car lot to answer and the said they would take care of it , need to have a better service for customers to call in for online help .

DEBORAH JI have never been into a business that was so unbelievably dirty and full of junk as this. The place is literally like an episode of the show "Hoarders". There is trash and junk ALL over the place. I had to sign the contract on the back of an old computer monitor becuase there literally was not a single flat clean surface in the ENTIRE place. I am not exaggerating. I don't understand how any business is able to operate under such conditions. The truck had not been cleaned and there was an old bottle and the previous rental contract still sitting in the truck. The guy renting me the truck did no walk through and didn't even ask for permission to add the insurance.

John RWas not friendly.I would never recommend this place for a pick up or drop off. Did not even do a walk through after I return the truck to make everything was okay, Did not check to see if fuel was returned 1/4 which I returned over that amount. The service there is terrible
Angela GTruck had mud in it and plastic bottles. Had to sterilize before we used it. Disappointed due to covid19 pandemic. Returned truck early!

Gary QWhen I ordered the moving truck, I was told that I could pick the truck up on Sunday at a location 25 minutes from my home. The representative told me that someone would contact me within 24 hours to confirm. No phone call was received. Two days later, I phoned U-Haul and the representative told me that the closest truck would be one hour away and would not be open on Sunday. I would have to pick up the truck through my phone. On Sunday, when I reached the “lot” ( a trashy looking building in a Piggly Wiggly parking lot... had to stop to ask for directions because not on Google maps !). When I finally worked through the directions to pick up the truck, I checked the truck out and took pictures of the dings and scrapes already on the truck. Trash was left in back of truck and the cab was dirty. The 24 pads and dolly weren’t in the truck as I ordered and PAID for. I stayed on hold for 25 minutes trying to report this but it was too hot in the parking lot so hung up. I used the live chat and Olivia told me I would need to call the phone number that I had previously been on hold with for 25 minutes!! The truck had so much “play” in the steering wheel that it was difficult to drive. I will NEVER use U-Haul again and I will tell everyone that I know about the horrible experience that I went through from start to finish!!
