This person at this location is AWFUL! He has absolutely NO skills to operate the Uhaul system. He had to call his field manager 4 times to be able to rent the trailer to us. I was given a certificate for $25 sent to my email and he was not able to apply it or even "see" it as I was on the phone with a Uhaul customer service person during the process. I was told a Uhaul manager would call me within 24 hours and have STILL NOT BEEN CALLED!!!Carla W.

I reserved a truck three weeks prior to when I needed it with Rentz House of Foam. It disappeared the day before I needed it. Mr. Rentz apologized profusely and repeatedly but didn't need to. He acted honorably, U-Haul did not. Every time I reserve a truck with him there's a problem and it's NOT Mr. Rentz' fault. If you had a serious competitor I would use that provider.Arthur W.

The people here are absolutely the worst. Rude and definitely not customer service oriented. I will never return to this location and it places doubts on my decision to use uhaul again if these idiots represent your company. My son is getting ready to move to DeLand and I told him to avoid this place like the plague.James L.

I got my bill and it stated i drove 54 miles when i didnt,and i was charged for it. I used the trip (miles)counter and only went 14 miles. I need this taken care of. Im a single dad with not much money.Chad M.
Didn't have enough blankets as ordered. Didn't go over any paperwork. Hardly any gas in the vehicle when it was picked up, but had on the paperwork it was 15/16 full.David S.

Truck was filthy had to be cleaned to use, Front end is in need of maintenance pulls to the right, left front tire bounced down the road unbalanced, crack in windscreen just a eye line, Fuel gauge sticks said it was at 3/4s full when at a 1/4. As we pulled up the the drop off site the people inside pulled all the doors closed and said they were closing and we couldn't drop it off even though they were not closing. They were very very rude and used profound language. Wouldn't sign any of the paperwork. These people are giving you a bad reputation!Kelly D.
Stay away at all costs. We were threatened. Told to take that dam truck somewhere else, and this was the second place we were told to take it by the uhaul 1800 number. The first place will not be open for another 3 weeks. They did eventually take the truck after refusing to let us call uhaul. This is not a safe place a safe place to go.JULIANE W.
Location looked out-of-business: No street number, No sign stating the name of the business, posted hour sign on door but with no hours. And, at 1 PM Saturday, no employee location present. When I phoned, transferred to another number. At least that number answered. Went next door (to UCar) to verify that location was correct.Edward R.
I'm not sure why an additional and separate charge of $52 was processed to my card the day of pick up after I'd already paid the total amount. Also, the tank was on EMPTY and the truck was returned with more than 1/4 tank of gas.Christopher W.

Was another type of business that had just started as a drop-off point several days before our drop-off. Owner was unsure how to check the truck in. Very nice and personable fella though. He worked hard to take care of our needs. Would be better to get credit for the 'extra ' fuel that had to be left int he tank. I picked it up on "E" and left it over 1/2 tank.Ethel G.
