How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented a truck and then needed storage quick. I was going out of town for a month and needed storage. Got a one month free deal. Being away when the 2nd month came due, but getting a few days later paid the bill in office. A week later my mother in law calls and says she got a letter stating I owed a late fee and since I did not respond they sent her my (if your a loser and don’t pay your bills contact ) a letter to get your money. Embarrassing to say the least. Then when I started working in the unit, I had to set off alarm to get them to move a vehicle from the front of the unit. Finally I moved out and was happy to take my business elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks!

I explained and she then found it. Someone had put two couches in my empty unit and she was going to charge me for that. Would not recommend online checkout for that reason. Otherwise good experience.
