Guy BThe location was fine, but it took me close to an hour to get in the car, because the app wouldn't work to open it. Eventually I had to go to the website. I won't pick up from a location that does not have an attendant there to open the vehicle, which is why I would not recommend the location. The guy working in the store was friendly and nice, but he was clueless about how to help me.

Alan BThere is no lighting by the vehicle or the lock box, making it difficult to access after hours. The location is probably great during the day if a human is available to help, but the mobile check in process is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Doing the ridiculous, non- intuitive, mobile process in the dark is brutal.
Shoshana AI am tech savvy and want to confirm the process was difficult - I had to keep calling the agent given complex process and unclear instructions to pickup and return vehicle. But the most frustrating situation was that I disputed the the level of the gas tank level when I first picked up the vehicle(I only took a picture of odometer, and not the fuel level) - But regardless, I asked the agent and she confirmed how many KM's I drove, and she said 32km, and indicated I would be charged $30 for gas. How does 32km of driving correspond to $30 gas surcharge?
Pietro PI could not access the lock box information through website alone, and needed to download the app. The store clerk was not helpful even though the instructions on my phone said to ask the U-Haul rep for the keys. I would rather go somewhere with someone that can help.
Josh TShop owner was extremely helpful, but the online registration process is a super painful process, it took me over an hour to get the van with an agent's live help on phone. I did need the service today, otherwise I would give up during the frustrating online registration process
