Owner charged me double rate for being 5 minutes late. He did not mention this when I handed back keys. Smiled and said goodbye. Don’t trust this man

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was over charged for gas when I filled it up to the amount I had gotten the vehicle at.
Reed RThe truck bed was really dirty and smell like soil. Not what the last user used the truck for. But overall, the truck is in good working condition and would use the service again
NELSON MWorst decision we were charged more than expected We were charged late fee and also we didn’t asked for insurance but the sales person still did the insurance.
