Cosmo JWe were their very first U-haul customers. The car hauler that we rented was pretty far from their office. It took about 30 minutes to get the initial paperwork done. We followed the owner to the trailer. The trailer looked OK except for the tongue brake appeared to have leaked. Some kind of fluid with dirt in it was around it. It worked just fine, though. We pulled it about an hour, loaded a small vehicle on it, and returned it. We took the trailer back to the shop, and followed them back to the parking place. My husband noted that they could have brought the trailer back to the parking lot with the pickup that they drove, especially since he had already signed the paperwork returning the trailer. This might have mattered if there was an accident. I would still recommend this location, because we have used another nearby and were not treated very well. These folks will get better with practice.
