Although the representative checked the equipments in he couldn't answer questions or knew what to do about our concerns, perhaps U-Haul should train their representatives better.

Please let customer know bout the lock box jey to pick up . Our experience was we havent moved in 20 years and didn't know bout lock box key to pick up truck . The business we'd went was closed even though we were told truck would be there. We thought we were out of a truck and contacted website at uhaul and they told us had been do the lockbox for couple years but we didn't know that.

Joyce H.The Uhaul we got had no gas in it when we picked it up. It wasn't an issue until the people told me i needed to put as much gas in it as there was when i picked up. I left a quarter tank of gas in the truck when i dropped it off when the gas light was on when picked up. So they charged me over $100 for no reason. The lady at Glass and Paint argued with me and told me to “Get over Itâ€. So yes I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to anyone. Get your own truck and trailer instead of dealing with their bull crap.
