This entire rental was not a good experience. I ordered through Thomasville on Jackson St. Called to see if I could PU earlier and he said yes he would call me around 1pm, we'll he called me at 3pm and stated he had it then calls me back to tell me the one that was assigned to as it is a local truck only. And I needed to call uhaul. Which why didnt he? So I call 800 uhaul and the nearest was 3o miles away, but I was told I would get 50 extra miles added plus $100.00 off for inconvience. So I got to Cairo, she was not very friendly and no $100.00 off or 50 extra miles added.
