I have been dealing with u haul since 1995. Worked for them from 1996 to 1998 in holiday Florida. Wouldn't change a thing. Athens barn center is fantastic
Eugene APrevious user had left the trailer muddy and a gate pin was broken. The team at Athens Barn Center was aware of the broken pin and had a replacement ordered. This didn't affect my use of the trailer, but i wanted to make sure it was noted.

RICHARD DStaff was having computer issues which caused a backup. Took longer than normal to process information and pickup truck. Staff was very nice and apologetic for the delay.

KIMBERLY BFix your app/infostructure! I couldn't drop off the truck the previous night. I had to wait until the following day. Furthermore, your loadshare doesn't work. The worst part was, an employee climbed into the truck i rented and was responsible for and backed it into a trailer. He actually hit the trailer with it!! You also gave me the wrong address. Also, your call center was useless. Three calls and they couldn't help. They put me through to an onsite agent only once. On one call, they put me on hold and left me hanging.
GEOFFREY LParking lot was a bit crowded, but a very nice place to do business with every time.
JOHN FDidn't have the trailer I wanted when I booked and was given a trailer that was so old the connection wasn't compatible with my truck and was told I couldn't take the trailer if I couldn't hook up the lights with the outdated connection. Was told that if I pay 20 bucks cash I can get a adapter. Paid for the adapter and then the left light on trailer was faulty and not working. Learned later that it blew a fuse on my truck and now the left turn signal doesn't work for any trailer till I get fused replaced. Scammiest experience with u haul in my 37 years of walking this planet.

JOSEPH YRemove One way rental is a minimum of 2 days I thought this was unlimited mileage- only to find out i had 228 miles… why not 250 or 275?
GLENN AThe truck was nasty dirty I had to clean it before I loaded it the roll up door took force for the door to open all the way, the slide out ramp needed to be greased or something took force ever to slide back in, the truck drove horribly the axel sound like it was about to break, the guy told me he didn’t have any 10ft trucks even though two were in his lot and both were still there when I returned the truck hours later! So basically felt like he forced me to get a bigger truck to get the extra money, also with the hand trucks I had to pay for those as well
JOHN SI put I was moving to Cleveland and I was put down as in town which cost me more miles. Felt as though it was done on purpose

TARA BPlaced an online reservation for a 15 foot box truck with a furniture dolley and two dozen blankets. When I picked up the truck it was actually a 12 foot box truck and was told there were not any blankets or furniture dolley’s available. The truck was dirty and drove rough.

He insisted on putting the dolly in my van for me and when I pulled back in a few hours later, he greeted me out front and took the dolly for me. Great service as I had two children in the van when I dropped off. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
