I have pictures of the fuel level at pick up and return. At least a 3 gallon difference. Also had to drive the U-Haul to another location to pick up the blankets I pre-ordered. 20 miles out of my way at 0.99$ /mile. I should be re-embursed at least $30. 10% of my moving cost.

Douglas SI ordered a dolly with my truck, and when I went to pick up my truck, there was no dolly in the truck, so I had to go somewhere else the day of moving to rent a dolly. It was very stressful.
SHAYLA BI got a confirmation for one size truck but ended up with a bigger truck that was alittle harder to handle. I WAS NOT charged extra though.
