I had a reservation in Cleveland but my pickup ended up being in Athens. It was well out of my way (an extra hour) and I was late to the graduation event because of the extra time required. After all the details and all the assurances that the trailer would be there, I am wildly dissatisfied that the guaranteed trailer was not in the location as promised. I am also dissatisfied that I was not informed sooner when I could have gone to the alternative location with less difficulty. This is the first time in my experience, that u haul has not been forthcoming about what was available at a pickup location. All that said- the guy at the pickup location was great and he was patient showing me all the aspects of the trailer.

Lucas FExcellent customer service and well maintained equipment. My only complaint was the marijuana grinder my wife found in the glove box while we were moving after we both smelled pot in the cab. It would have been hard to explain should we happen to have been stopped by law enforcement. I did leave a note due to dropping off after hours and the location contacted me once they opened.
