TARA BPlaced an online reservation for a 15 foot box truck with a furniture dolley and two dozen blankets. When I picked up the truck it was actually a 12 foot box truck and was told there were not any blankets or furniture dolley’s available. The truck was dirty and drove rough.

He insisted on putting the dolly in my van for me and when I pulled back in a few hours later, he greeted me out front and took the dolly for me. Great service as I had two children in the van when I dropped off. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Stephen FMaintain safe operational function of trucks. Picked one truck up and the front axles were bad and unsafe to drive, turned around to get another truck. Used second truck for one rental period (Saturday 5/25/24 returned 5/26/24) being charged for 3 rental period, not to mention the reservation I had when I went to pick it up was not there and I have yet to receive the 50 dollar reservation guarantee. This will be resolved or I report negative review on BBB and on uhaul website.

Linda H26ft. Rental Truck was terrible. It was muddy inside when I picked it up and had to be mopped out when I got it home. Unknown to me, the truck leaked at the top left corner on the drivers side. Unfortunately, it was raining on my trip and many of my boxes were wet on the bottom and thus broke open when we unloaded. Worst of the experience, the truck “chucked” in the front end because of unbalanced tires or some other issue. This issue was so severe, it disabled the Cruise Control, ABS and Stability Control of the truck for most of the trip. It was so bad, it made me physically sick from bouncing so hard that I threw up twice on the side of the road. I called U-haul roadside service and they advised me to pull over and shut off the truck and all the features that stopped working would come back on. Well that worked for a moment then everything was off again once driving. An exhausting and miserable experience. Last time I will be renting a U-Haul of any kind with equipment that is not safe or maintained.
