The staff was helpful and efficient. The location is relatively easy to find and navigate, but it's not paved. If your pickup is scheduled after a rain or snow, you'll get dirty.Marcus G.

The pick up location was a dirty run down trashy trailer like site that smelled like feces. I have health conditions and no one wore a mask let alone any other COVID precautions . I had to hook up trailer myself. I did go ask someone to check it before I left to be sure it was safe and secure. They are a disgrace and they do not represent your company well. If I am ever in need of renting a uhaul again, PLEASE DO NOT USE THAT LOCATION!!!!!!!June C.

Pulling up, i was sure about the location other than the uHual sign by the road. I understand it is a towing yard, but it was a dump. I was embarrassed for uHual on the appearance of the location. The office was messey and disheveled. Overall this location is very shady looking.David S.

I had a great experience until we returned the uhaul. A little advice: when people are moving and busy all day, they don't read text messages unless they know to expect something. The man who signed us up did not advise that we would have to sign in online, take pictures when we returned the rental. While there were messages sent, we never checked because we were busy. When there were extra charges, I called back very nicely to have the man explain, and never got a return call. The receipt that was sent is also not adding up. I just want an explanation of why the charge went from 149.07, somehow doubled which is not explained, and then they took some off which still let me to pay 193.23Cameron H.

They were not open on time so we waited 15 minutes with a second customer before calling them to ask when they would be open. They did not have the materials ordered available besides the truck so we had to pick up the truck with them then drive to a different location to pick up the additional materials like the dollies and blanketsHeather L.
I had ordered 12 furniture pads, a utility dolly, and a furniture dolly. None of these were ready and in the truck. The office was closed although I was at the location during stated normal business hours. Called the phone number listed over the closed sign and was told to go into a old storage shed (rotting floor, etc.) and see if the furniture pads were in the shed. I found 2 bags. Iwas told that they did not carry furniture dolly's and they did not have a utility dolly. I was told I could take the appliance dolly that was out in front of the office.James S.

This location was great and the service provided was excellent; however, I think U-Haul's policy on purchasing additional insurance is robbery. To say we would have to pay you immediately for any damage caused, regardless if it is our fault or not, is ridiculous and is no way to treat your customers. That's why you have insurance as a company and we have insurance as drivers. Your customers should not be "forced" to pay you immediately for any damage incurred...this is just bad policy. I will not be using U-haul again until this policy changes.Erin T.
