Such a great experience with Zach at Atlanta Auto Sales and Service! I highly recommend renting a U-HAUL there. This will be my go-to when renting a U-HAUL, getting my vehicle serviced, and perhaps buying a vehicle.

Overcharged the heck out of me. I was quoted at 75$ on the app and it raised to 169$ after I returned the vehicle. The associate told me the total was going to be 105$ when I entered the store I agreed and said that is fine. But 169$ come on. I had a whole bunch of extra furniture covers as well I only requested for half of a dozen. Ridiculous.

Joy EI booked uhaul 15ft truck along with an appliance dolly, however at the day of my picking up truck i was told by the guy at the location that he doesnt have appliance trolly after charging me for everything and ask me to take the small one although i had a work which required the appliance dolly and when i said i booked it and you were suppose to telme at the time of booking but he said he cant do anything and left me. Furthermore he first charged me and then told me he dont have that. Then the call center staff are so unprofessional that they dont take the ownership of being part of uhaul. Anyhow i was told to go to another location to pick the trolly up which wasted my time and extra miles for which i paid although it was uhauls mismanagement. The crucial part is on saturday it was storm prediction and this wasted my much time and had to travel extra miles which caused me that i couldnt complete my transfers. Moreover, i was charged for the fuel although when i dropped the truck at location i made sure that the gas is on same level as i picked it up. This all made my experience miserable. Uhaul make statement if the item is not available on time they will make compensation. But what i got was bad behavior of call center staff and the agents.

LAILA GThis place charges $5 per hour if you need to park your car there and it doesn't say that when I'm setting up an appointment. Also the back door rails got jammed towards the bottom and was difficult to latch. Also the fuel was marked at over 1/4 tank on the paper, but it was definitely completely at 1/4 tank when I got in the truck. Honestly, the only time I've had a bad uhaul experience and I only booked this place on accident because I got the address confused with the one I usually go to.

MELISSA CWhile the inside and outside of the truck was clean the windows were not, actually had a very difficult time seeing out of the front window. Some Windex and paper towels, 5 minutes later they were fine.

jairo gStaff did not check truck before renting it. A tire was almost flat. We asked the representative if it was returned a little late. They said no. When we returned it 30 minutes late, they tried to assess a 100% late charge fee. The truck was manufactured in 1991. There was a delay in transmission shifting gears causing us to wait. The representative was generally nice

Rivera SLet me say how NICE Zach was. I called and inquired as to whether I could drop my rental with him, rather than driving 22 miles out of my way and he said of course!!! I asked about the extra fees for dropping it at a different location and he said there wouldn't be any. I was so grateful to him - when we had, had such a long and expensive day. He also suggested that we contact U-haul customer service, as he thinks we should not have been charged a Lock out fee with our insurance. I'll be trying to follow up. Either way - it was a pleasure to do business with him and I would recommend him to anyone in the area of Duluth, GA to rent a U-haul

CHAD SThese guys are rip off artist. do not rent from them. Obvious the good reviews are fake. Returned the truck with more gas than I left with. Yet, they said that I was 5 gals short. I only drove 30 miles. Also the truck was dirty when I picked it up, and I cleaned so I didn't want to get charge for that either. You are fool if you rent from these guys.
CLYDE HUpon booking this reservation, I was not made aware that this specific location closed at 6 PM. I got a call from the office around 2 PM on my moving day, stating that I had to be there before 6 to pick up the truck. Then when I got there, the owner said that I had to bring the truck back by 10 AM the next morning. This was supposed to be a 24 hour booking. He then tried to charge me an additional day because I could not have the truck back by 10 AM, also stating that the van was booked for the next morning at noon. How, if this was supposed to be 24hr. My qualm is, what is the point of a 24 hour booking and what is the point of having a dropbox if the truck cannot be dropped off outside of business hours? He said if I parked it anywhere nearby that it would be towed. U-Haul needs to investigate this office for malpractice.
