SHALONN PThe location was convenient, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the U-Haul itself was disappointing. The tire sensor warning light was on and flashing, which made me uncomfortable driving the vehicle. The sun visors were also broken, and the driver’s area was not clean. Great service from the staff, but the vehicle definitely needed better inspection and maintenance before being rented.
