When I made the reservation on the uhaul website the pickup location said their hours for the day were 8am-12pm and I had chosen to finish everything at the desk. When I arrived at the pickup location they were closed and didn't have their hours posted anywhere. We called uhaul and they said to do the mobile pickup. On the website it said I need to forms of customer verification but when I went to proceed with that the app said I needed 3 forms of verification which was also frustrating. Once I got far enough into the mobile pickup process the picture and location of the vehicle key did not match the actual location of where the key boxes were. I'm glad I was able to get the vehicle but the process was stressful due to incorrect information in from uhaul and the pickup location.

DAVID NThe equipment (phone) of the first person that tried to check me in didn't work. Once the second person came over the process went quickly and smoothly.

THEODORE ZOffice was closed so had to use their drop box. As a result, no comments this time. However, we did interact with staff during a prior drop.
Nanette WAs we dropped off on a Saturday, we didn't interact with staff. The lot is dirt and was very dusty. LOTS of trucks and trailers in the lot. Had to circle a couple of times to find a spot to drop the truck...I guess that's a good thing!

JENAFER SHitch should be checked. I've never pulled a trailer where the hitch rattled and made so much noise.

BARRY HTruck was full of dirt and sand. Cup holders had sticky crap inside of them, didn’t get my moving blankets and the location wasn’t open like whoever made my appointment said it would.
Nicholas AThe cab of the truck itself smelt like the inside of a litteral port o potty. So much that my hands physically smelt like it just from touching the steering wheel. FYI there's no front office to speak with someone about rentals, you have to strategically yell over the continous pounding of all the workers who can clearly see you standing there looking for help, but aren't actually the person who handles anything so they just proceed to stare and continue working.

DONALD BThe staff were so wonderful at ATR Repair, we had a reservation at a different location but the rental was not returned on time; then we went to location #2 - the trailer had left the previous day and inventory was wrong; they sent us to location #3 but they did not do one way rentals; finally ATR were the fourth stop and an hour out of our way. I want to complain about the inventory situation but your survey isnt setup that way. ATR was great and got us on our way.
