The trailer had broken glass on the floor that could have caused damage to my motorcycle if I hadn’t seen it before loading the bike.
Sheilah FWhen I made the reservation on the uhaul website the pickup location said their hours for the day were 8am-12pm and I had chosen to finish everything at the desk. When I arrived at the pickup location they were closed and didn't have their hours posted anywhere. We called uhaul and they said to do the mobile pickup. On the website it said I need to forms of customer verification but when I went to proceed with that the app said I needed 3 forms of verification which was also frustrating. Once I got far enough into the mobile pickup process the picture and location of the vehicle key did not match the actual location of where the key boxes were. I'm glad I was able to get the vehicle but the process was stressful due to incorrect information in from uhaul and the pickup location.
