They would not even come out and check trucks for cleanliness, gas, mileage or anything! They are the ones though that discovered that the car wasn’t latched down tight and had shifted on the tow!

The unit was in very poor condition and not maintained. One brake light did not work and one of the strap placements, which has two bolts and nuts, one bolt was loose and the other one was missing. Every time I stopped for gas I had to tighten the ratchet strap because it would loosen. I drove 1700 miles. I chose this location because I could not find a unit near Morgantown, WV. Very frustrating!!

The staff at this location insisted that we carry paperwork for the trailer on our trip, however, they refused to give us that paperwork and instead insisted that we go back home and print it ourselves. They tried to insist that we give them the names and phone numbers of "references" because we had not rented from them before, in fairness to us, we did not intend to rent from them this time, we wanted to rent from another local Uhaul supplier, however they did not have the type of trailer we needed, so Uhaul moved our reservation to this location. We got the impression that they were newer to the Uhaul industry and were trying to drum up business by asking for friends and families' contact information.

A new location would help. But the current location was easy to get to, but requires street parking. Debbie, the sales attendant who worked with me was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable and helpful. Other than the location this location was great to work with, much better than the other outlets in my area.

Truck was hard to find. Had to walk 3/4 of a mile in total to find the right truck and find the key box. Very unorganized and not well laid out. Very upset about this experience. Wasted a lot of time trying to find the truck and it cut into my work time.

This location was the third place overall and the second place I was asked to go to get the truck I reserved. The truck I was assigned was blocked in by another truck and a trailer. Luckily I was able to manhandle the trailer out of the way myself so I could get my assigned truck out. The whole process was completely unacceptable and I should be issued a discount for my troubles.

Would be easier to return truck with a full tank of gas instead of 1/4 tank. Hard to return a truck with just a quarter tank.

Location was not a good spot no one was there or when the hours said that they would be the drop off spot beside a house very small area. Left a message they called back later was helpful . But was not there at location.

Location is not conveniently located. Parking location of truck was on an unpaved lot and backing truck from space was hazardous due to limited visibility. Driver side floor mat was dirty and cargo box had not been cleaned out from previous use.

Pick up was very slow. Took well over an hour. New attendent without a superviser. Had to call his supervisor a couple times. He was very personable.and professional but unfamiliar with procedure online. The U Haul.net systerm went down during the process. Honestly, I felt I knew more about the checkout process than the attendant. This was my third rental in two years.

Location was terrible. It was dark n no street lights. In bad location. Instructions to find truck was terrible. Lock on box for keys wouldn’t open. Tried to call uhaul for help n couldn’t reach anyone. Had to back truck up in a yard to even get truck out of space. Never again!!

Most horrific neighborhood I have ever been in and was over 50 miles from where I rented the truck. The truck was filthy

It was inside a detail shop and no marking of U-Haul at all luck the girl at the hotel desk brother worked where it was or I would have never found it and they even gave me a ride back to my hotel

It was not the location. It was the Uhaul company. The app to pick up the truck was not working properly, so after two hours the gentleman that owns Attention to Detail called uhaul and had them switch so we could just pick up in store instead of 24 pickup. I was on hold for over an hour waiting for a customer service rep and still got no one by the time we got the keys. We turned our truck in a day early and again the site was not working properly so I had to go back down the next day and have the owner help because the place we had for pickup was closed on Sunday. So we could have saved a day but instead we paid for that day because of your system. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone. The process is easy to order but not for pick up and return. Would recommend fixing your system for these problems. 😠😠😠😠😠

WORST Uhaul experience I have ever had. The interior of the truck was covered in cat hair and cat URINE!!. The smell was unbearable. It was absolutely disgusting. I drive it with windows down to a uhaul rental center near my home and asked for a new truck, which they couldn't accommodate. They did however clean the truck for me as best they could but it didn't cover up the smell. The owner said that in his 20 yrs at uhaul, it was the worst condition a truck has ever been in that he has seen. I had to drive 1900 miles across the country in this truck. I am highly allergic to cats and it made for the worst 3 day experience of my life. I've called Uhaul with no luck getting a return call. I filed a complaint online and of course, no return call. What does Uhaul care? They got my money. Absolutely despicable.
