We arrived 22 minutes before closing time to pick up a reserved truck, actually 7 minutes before our scheduled pickup. Thankfully we got there early because the woman who waited on us was walking out the door to leave for the day. She was a little impatient collecting the necessary information. She also asked how many miles we would be using the truck for. I told her 30-40 miles and she said with that low mileage, we would not be charged for gas and we didn't need to put gas in the truck. We only put 23 miles on the truck. Now my final bill has a $22.00 fee for gas for 4 gallons. I would have gassed it up for a lot less if I had not been told totally different.

Michael EUnacceptable. I was charged for TWO rental days @ ($29.95). I rented on Friday at near 4:00pm and returns to the rental location the next morning at near 11:00am. Less than 24hrs and my charges were for two days? Not impressed.
