I was initially supposed to pick up the truck from a different location closer to my house, but I was redirected to this location at the last minute. The location was closed and it wasn’t until I finally reached someone on the phone that I was told to check in via the app. I don’t know how I would have known to do this otherwise. I had also ordered two dozen furniture pads, which were not included. I was told that I might be refunded for the pads, but this has not happened yet and doesn’t not factor in any damage my furniture may have sustained in the move because of the error.

bryan hWe arrived 22 minutes before closing time to pick up a reserved truck, actually 7 minutes before our scheduled pickup. Thankfully we got there early because the woman who waited on us was walking out the door to leave for the day. She was a little impatient collecting the necessary information. She also asked how many miles we would be using the truck for. I told her 30-40 miles and she said with that low mileage, we would not be charged for gas and we didn't need to put gas in the truck. We only put 23 miles on the truck. Now my final bill has a $22.00 fee for gas for 4 gallons. I would have gassed it up for a lot less if I had not been told totally different.

Edward CLight the area around the truck - neighborhood felt sketchy. Parking pace was tight -- don't park the truck with a telephone pole behind it.
