I ordered a dolly but didn’t receive one. Also, only rented because it was $19.95 for the day but I ended up paying over $120 and was told the daily rates change. So, have extra money on hand in case you get duped by the price. But other than that, the location was very accommodating and it was easy to rent.

1. The ability to rent via the U-Haul app is extremely convenient, especially during the latest hurricane disasters. Trying to rent from a local U-Haul facility on a weekend was a road block as the facilities were not open, even with so many needing their help for cleanup! Using the app, I located the enclosed trailer I needed for 2 days, close by, and picked it up in an hour. The manager met me when I drove in and trailer was ready for me . I was out the door in less than 10 minutes, hooked up, and on the road. Could not have been easier! I returned the trailer the night before it was due using the app. That too was painless. Just make sure that you are AT the return facility with your phone location turned on. The app steps one through the process, step-by-step. Taking the required photos is done FROM the app. A few questions to answer about condition of the rental are Yes./No answers. Agree to the payment and be on your way. It took me about 15 minutes total to park the trailer, go through the process on the app, and leave. I highly recommend using the U-Haul app. It's so convenient and easy.

Easy drop off instructions and clearly marked slot on the front door to drop the truck. I did not interact with any employees because it was after they were closed but this was a drop off so it was easy. The parking lot area was clean and easy to access to leave the truck. The uhaul app did not work though for taking the photos to document the gas and mileage. I had filled up before dropping off. So I was instructed to drop the keys in a drop box which as I said was easy to find and that was on uhaul not the shop. It was probably just cell reception in the area. Clean business easy drop off.

We only rented the 15' moving truck for 3 hours and then returned. Maybe Uhaul should assess how customers can do half day (or less) truck rentals at a reduced rate. We use moving equipment quite often and would rent more frequently from Uhaul if there were half day (or less) truck rentals available.

We dropped off after hours so no personnel there to be helpful, hence the no response. That said, the lot was a little congested so hopefully we returned the trailer in a spot that didn't get in the way!

Tom and Janis were great !!!!! I don't think it could be possible to have had a better experience. They took care of everything we needed on the phone ,walked us through everything. we were not able to be present when our house sold, and they helped the movers get it all in. And when it was time to move out they went above and beyond to take care of us on our schedule. Can't say enough about them and their help. it was a great experience.. Thanks Rick

Rented Uhaul on 2 occasions, both times the experience as good as it gets, also used them for climate control storage for a couple months. This place is spotless with cameras everywhere. A+++ Staff

The access hours are not convenient for people that work.

The hours were short since most people would work till 5pm and being closed on sundays only gives 1 day...(saturday) to get your stuff out. Maybe some small time frame on Sunday to help out.
