LINDA AThe advertising in misleading. The $19.95 “bait” U-Haul has long advertised trucks for $19.95, often with the fine print that this is an “In-Town” rate excluding mileage and fees Truth in Advertising. In reality, mandatory charges such as an environmental fee, vehicle cost recovery fee, and sometimes a facility fee. It's not $19.95, I paid $57.00 for 1.5 hours.
